All DREI furnitures are created with durable material to ensure customer not only get beautiful furniture for their home but also last longer
than they can expected. Our products are all made of teak wood which is considered to be the best wood from South East Asia region due
to its protective oil against termite, Stainless steel that is the also one of the most durable metal to use outdoor and indoor, Agora Upholstery 
pure acrylic fabric from Spain. However, even the most endurance material still need to be taken care of. Here is the summary of how.

STAINLESS STEEL CARE

Stainless steel has great resistance to extreme weather condition either strong sunlight, heavy rain or snow, thus it is suitable to use for both indoor and outdoor furnishing. However regular furniture care is compulsory to assure that stainless steel furniture is not rust and look as pristine as possible. Here are some tips.

  • Wipe stainless steel furniture after rain has pass, we are not recommended to let them dry on its own, rain may leaves some residual of its chemical contamination on stainless steel surface.

  • Wash stainless steel furniture with mild soap then dry it off with smooth fabric when you feel it is dirty.

  • Spray INOX care on dry cloth and wipe over stainless steel furniture surface for extra film protection

However there might be some condition that stainless steel surface will has stains or rust which are hard to removed by normal care, it is recommended not to

  • Do not use any acid, chloride-baded cleaners or sodium hydroxide with stainless steel surface(eg. bathroom cleaner)

  • Do not use metal brush since it give permanent scratches on stainless steel surface.

TEAK WOOD CARE

Teak wood is considered to be one of the most durable rainforest wood to be used for furniture making due to its can product oil to protect itself against termite. Teak furniture is needed to be wiped dry after rain just to make sure that it is not being soaked too long, still teak furniture needs annual care to make it look always new. Here are the steps.

  • Wear protective glove because there is oil use in the process

  • Clean teak wood throughly by milk soap mix water or if you can find mineral spirit

  • If there are scratch or unwanted stain, rub wood area with sand paper(grit size 300) to remove them. If the scratch is not totally removed you can go down to grit size 180 and follow by 300.

  • Remove all dust by brush and wipe them wipe water or mineral spirit.

  • When it is dry. Apply teak oil to wood surface using clean towel as medium, you will know how much is too much when you do it, just start little.

  • After coated for 20 minutes wipe the excess oil with clean dry cloth. Let it rest without exposing to sunlight and rain for a day or two.

FABRIC CARE

All of Drei outdoor upholstery are produced by best in class outdoor dyed acrylic fabric, stainless zip and outdoor tread to ensure that there will be no mold or fade with in 3 years of normal usage. However, they can be removed from cushion to clean. Here are some tips.

​​

  • Clean fabric with neutral soap in lukewarm water not more than 30 degree celsius.

  • Washing machine set to delicate program at 30 degree celsius.

  • Bleach may be used in moderation.

  • Do not dried-clean.

  • Air dry only, do not use clothes dryer.

  • Iron at low temperature as it may damage coated substance, only on fabric side.

  • Clean stain with cloth or sponge moistened with neutral soap solution on fabric side.
